I just got back from my workout. I felt like I was going to die but now I feel amazing. I'm going to eat after I take my shower. Tonight I'll write about what I ate. The War has begun. Mind over matter. Spirit over flesh. God makes science beautiful. People are downstairs eating. I am upstairs floating. Dopamine is real.
